DELIVERY TIME
The products in storage will be shipped from the place of storage within five working days from the receipt of the purchase order by PLASTICOS MACAR, except for stock breakage, change of technical specifications, case of force majeure, or other exceptional circumstances, or in the case of non-confirmation of the order. For products not stored, the previous paragraph applies, except that the shipping period may or may not be that, depending on the circumstances, namely the time of supply or production of the product ordered.
PLASTICOS MACAR cannot, however, guarantee the effective delivery time, so the delays that occur between shipment and receipt do not entitle you to cancel the order or to demand any compensation from us, in any way.
Whenever the delay in the shipment or delivery of the products occurs, PLASTICOS MACAR can not be held responsible, but in these cases inform the customers of the reasons for the delay.
